Welcome Spring

This tutorial was written by Jenny on 5/25/15. Resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional. I am using the licensed artwork of Jennifer L. Nilsson. You need a license to use her artwork. You can find her tubes at The Doodle Garden HERE.

Snags available HERE

Supplies Needed:
1 tube of choice
Scrapkit of choice (I'm using FTU Tiptoe thru the tulips by Angelaz Creationz)
Font of choice (I'm using Belle Epoque)
Mask of choice (I'm using Mask 66 by Moonbeams & Spiderwebs)

This tut, as all of my tuts, is to be used as a guide. You can use any kit you'd like. It doesn't have to be this exact one. If you have this kit then great. If not...no big deal...use something else. Be creative!

Open a new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.
New raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste paper of choice into selection, select none, apply mask.

Copy & paste frame5 as a new layer, resize 75%, place above mask layer.

Add element 21 (blue window) as a new layer, resize 45% and place to your liking.

Add paper of choice, resize if needed, place below window, use selection tool to remove any excess.

Add your tube, resize if needed, add drop shadow, place to the right.

Now you can go back and add any other elements placing them to your liking and adding a drop shadow of choice to each.

Now it's time to merge all layers, crop down your tag, resize if needed.

Add copyright/licensing info and text and you're ready to save.
Be sure to save a blank for future use.

If you'd like to save as a transparent PNG layer be sure to hide the white background layer first.
I hope you've enjoyed my new tutorial. Please show your appreciation by leaving some love in my C-Box and/or voting for me at 1Award (link to the right). I'd love to see your results.
