Perfect Scare

 Perfect Scare
This tutorial was written by Jenny on 9/24/2012. Resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional. I am using the licensed artwork of VeryMany. You can purchase this tube at PicsForDesign (PFD).

Supplies Needed:
1 tube of choice
Scrapkit of choice (I'm using The Perfect Scare FTU Kit by HorsePlay's Pasture Designs)
WSL Mask302 by Weescotslass
Font (I'm using AmazMegaGrungeOne)

Open a new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.

New raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste paper of choice into selection, select none, apply mask.

Image, canvas size, change to 800 x 800 and flood fill the rest of the background with white.

Open the spiderweb frame (23),  rotate 90 degrees, copy & paste onto your new canvas.

Add paper of choice, place below frame, use selection tool to select around frame, selections, invert, delete on paper, select none.

Add spiderweb, resize if needed, place above paper layer.

Add close up tube, place above spiderweb, resize if needed, use selection tool to select around top portion of tube, right click, promote selection to layer, move to top, select none.

You should now be back on the frame layer.

Add tape to top left corner of frame, resize as needed.

Add "branches" (13), resize to your liking, place toward the bottom left corner of the frame, duplicate, mirror.

Add sparkles and place to your liking.

Add random grass (42), resize to your liking and place toward the bottom of the frame.

Add cauldron, resize to your liking, place to the right of the frame.

Repeat with bones, ribbon, pumpkins and spider, resize each placing to your liking.

Your promoted tube layer should be at the very top.

Now it's time to crop down your tag, resize if needed.

Add copyright/licensing info and text and you're ready to save.
Be sure to save a blank for future use.

If you'd like to save as a transparent PNG layer be sure to hide the white background layer first.

I hope you've enjoyed my new tutorial. Please show your appreciation by leaving some love in my C-Box and/or voting for me at 1Award (link to the right). I'd love to see your results.
