Tropic Breeze

Tropic Breeze
This tutorial was written by Jenny on 7/31/2012. Resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional. I am using the licensed artwork of Zlata_M. This is a bonus tube available at PicsForDesign (PFD).

Supplies Needed:
1 tube of choice
Scrapkit of choice (I'm using FTU Tequila by Kittz Kreationz)
WSL_Mask223 by Weescotslass (Download links to the right on her blog)
Font of choice (I'm using Jellyka Wonderland)

Open a new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white.
New raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste paper1 into selection, select none, apply mask.

Image, canvas size 800 x 800 and flood fill the empty spaces with white.

Add frame (T-32) and resize 75%

Copy & Paste paper of choice as a new layer, move below frame, using selection tool select around frame, selections, invert, delete on paper layer, select none.

Add tube, place under frame, resize if needed, position to your liking, use the selection tool to select the top portion of the tube, right click, promote selection to layer, select none, move to top. Use eraser tool on original tube layer to remove any of the bottom portion of the tube not needed.

Add flower (T-8) and resize to your liking, place upward and to the left, below all the framed layers, see my tag if needed.

Add lights (T-34), resize to your liking, place these below the above flower layer.

Add umbrella now, resize if needed, place to your liking.

Add flower frame (T-20), resize to your liking, bring down a bit so you can see it peeping out from below your main frame.

Select your main frame layer, add another layer of lights (T-34) resize and place in the left bottom corner of the frame.

Add T-29 to left to corner of frame, resize to your liking.

Add butterfly to bottom right corner of frame, resize to your liking.

Add star to top right corner of frame, resize to your liking.

The top portion of your tube (the one you selected and moved to the top) should be the very top layer of your creation.

Now it's time to crop down your tag, resize if needed.

Add copyright/licensing info and text and you're ready to save.
Be sure to save a blank for future use.

If you'd like to save as a transparent PNG layer be sure to hide the white background layer first.

I hope you've enjoyed my new tutorial. Please show your appreciation by leaving some love in my C-Box and/or voting for me at 1Award (link to the right). I'd love to see your results.
