Not So Innocent

Not So Innocent
This tutorial was written by Jenny on 6-21-2012. Resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional. I am using the licensed artwork of Jay Trembly. You need a license to use his artwork. I am licensed to this tube through Scraps And The City (SATC).

Supplies Needed:
1 tube of choice
kk tempz 10 by Kandi Kissez
Scrapkit of choice
(I'm using FTU Girlie in Pink by A Space Between)
Font of choice (I'm using FoglihtenNo04)
Mask of choice

Open template, close credit layer, word art backing and stars, image, canvas size 800 x 800, unhide background layer, flood fill white, shift d to duplicate template, close original.

Starting from the bottom and working our way up.

New raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste paper of choice into selection, select none, apply mask, you may need to duplicate the mask layer a few times depending on which type of mask you use.

Copy & Paste element33 as a new layer, move upward, add drop shadow if you'd like.

Select black rectangle, selections, select all, float, defloat, copy & paste paper11 as a new layer, selections, invert, delete, select none, hide original layer.

Repeat the above step on each layer of the template:
pink circle 2 using paper7
black circle using paper4
blue heart using paper2
blue rectangle using paper10
angled rectangle using paper12
white circle using paper3
pink circle 1 using paper6

Add drop shadow to frame.

On the word art layer, select all, float, defloat, copy & paste paper of choice as a new layer, selections, invert, delete, select none, hide original, add noise if you so choose. Selections, select all, float, defloat, modify, expand by 2, new raster layer, flood fill black, move below, select none, add drop shadow.

Now lets go back down to the old pink circle 2 layer, selections, select all, float, defloat, copy & paste close up of tube as a new layer, resize if needed, position to your liking, selections, invert, delete on tube layer, select none, drop the opacity to 65%, add a texture if you'd like.

Now to the new black circle layer, select, copy & paste Element3 as a new layer, resize to fit over the above tube layer, see my tag for placement.

Now select the frame layer, copy & paste element46 as a new layer, resize if you'd like, add a drop shadow and place to your liking.

Now select the new pink circle1 layer, copy & paste element28 as a new layer, see my tag for placement, add drop shadow if you'd like.

Add element44 (blanket) and resize if needed.

Add element34

Now it's time to add your tube, resize if needed and place to your liking, duplicate, adjust, blur, guassian blur around 3 (feel free to play around), right click on properties, change blend mode to overlay and lower the opacity to around 75% depending on the tube you're working with. Add a drop shadow to the original tube layer.

Add element58, place opposite your tube, add drop shadow and resize if needed.

Add element30 and resize to your liking, adjust, sharpen, rotate and place on the frame, see my tag.

If you'd like your tag to be transparent then now is the time to close off the background layer.

Crop or resize your completed tag to your liking.

Add copyright/licensing info and you're text and you're now ready to save.
Don't forget to save a blank one in case you want to use it again later!
