Supplies Needed:
2 tubes of choice
Scrapkit of choice (I'm using Jaggedy Lanterns FTU by Capricious Scraps)
Witches Cauldron came from Jaggedy Lanterns FTU by Creative Scraps by Crys
Boo2YouTooTemplate by Dee
Font of choice (I'm using BlackJack)
Halloween2010No10 mask by Vix

Open template, hide credits, shift d to duplicate, close original.

Select bg layer, new raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste Paper16 into selection, select none, apply mask.

Select green square, selections, select all, float, defloat, copy & paste Paper10 as a new layer, selections, invert, delete, select none, hide original.

Repeat on orange oval using Paper1.

Repeat on Purple Circle using Paper14.

Repeat on green strip using Paper9.

Repeat on blue square using Paper2.

Recolor orange 2 to match.

Copy & Paste main tube as a new layer, resize if needed, place to the left, see my tag, duplicate, adjust, blur, gaussian blur around 2-3, right click, properties, change to overlay, change opacity to around 70.

Copy & Paste second tube as a new layer, resize if needed, see my tag for placement.

Add bow, ribbons, sequins, resize and place to your liking.

Add pumpkin, resize and place to your liking.

Add drop shadow to the spider web.

Add witches cauldron, resize and place to your liking, add drop shadow.

Resize canvas. Add copyright info and text and you're ready to save.
