Spring Bliss

Supplies Needed:
1 tube of choice
Scrapkit of choice (I'm using PTU Dreamy Days by Chili Designz at MyTagArt- She is no longer with MyTagArt so please use scrapkit of choice or visit her blog link above)

1 tube of choice
Scrapkit of choice (I'm using PTU Dreamy Days by Chili Designz at MyTagArt- She is no longer with MyTagArt so please use scrapkit of choice or visit her blog link above)
WSL_Mask223 and WSL_Mask302 by Weescotslass
Font of choice (I'm using Luna Bar)
Open a new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.
New raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste paper1 into selection, select none, apply WSL_Mask223.
Copy & Paste greenery frame as a new layer, duplicate, resize 85%.
Copy & Paste paper2 as a new layer, move below duplicate frame layer, use your eraser to remove any excess from the frame.
Copy & Paste flowers as a new layer, mirror, resize 75%, add drop shadow, see my tag for placement.
Now duplicate the flowers, resize 85%, move over to the right.
Copy & Paste heart as a new layer, resize to your liking, place to the left.
Copy & Paste butterfly as a new layer, resize to your liking and place upward right on the frames.
Add ribbon of choice, resize, place downward.
Copy & Paste birdcage as a new layer, resize to your liking, place over the heart, add drop shadow.
Add a bow of choice to the top of the birdcage.
Add clouds to the center of the frame.
Copy & Paste tube as a new layer, resize if needed, add drop shadow.
New raster layer, flood fill white, apply the other mask layer.
Hide background layer, copy & paste paper2 as a new layer, make sure it's positioned right above the hidden background layer.
Merge visible, resize if needed, add copyright info and text and you're ready to save.
