Wishing You Luck

Wishing You Luck!
This tutorial was written by Jenny on 2/20/11. Resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional. I am using the artwork of Shirley Inocente (Jaishi). You need a license to use her artwork. I am licensed through MyTagArt. Please check her site for more licensing info. There seems to be some interruption to her website. I'm sure it'll be back up and working soon. Please check back again later. My apologies.
