Irish Angel

Irish Angel
This tutorial was written by Jenny on 2/26/2011. Resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional. I am using the artwork of Sue Miller. You need a license to use her artwork. I have a license through MyTagArt
You can now find her tubes at UpYourArt.

Supplies Needed:
1 tube of choice
Scrapkit of choice (I'm using FTU Feeling Lucky by Scrappy Bit of Fun)
WSL_Mask302 by Weescotslass
Font of choice (I'm using PT Script)

MuRa Meister Copies (Optional)

Open a new canvas 650 x 550 flood fill white.

New raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste Paper5 into selection, select none, apply mask.

Copy & Paste Element6 (open pot of gold) as a new layer, resize 65%.

Copy & Paste tube as a new layer, resize if needed, place at the top of the opening.

Use your freehand tool to select around the pot of gold that needs to be over the tube (so that it looks like the tube is sticking out from the pot), right click, promote selection to layer, move to the top, select none. You may need to use your eraser tool to remove some of the pot from the tube areas depending on what type of tube you use.

Copy & Paste element13 (clover flower) as a new layer, resize 50%, move to right above the mask layer, MuRa Meister Copies, encircle, default settings.

Copy & Paste element14(yellow flowers) as a new layer, resize 65%, free rotate 25 degrees right, place above circled flower layer and to the right, duplicate, image, mirror.

Copy & Paste element28 (large orange yellowish flower) as a new layer, resize 50%, place toward the bottom right corner, duplicate, mirror.

Copy & Paste element35(clovers) as a new layer, resize 50%, mirror, place toward the bottom of the pot of gold.

Add element32 around the bottom of the pot.

Copy & Paste element33 (horse shoe) as a new layer, resize 65%, place to the left of the pot.

Add flowers and any other embellishments.

Crop canvas or resize to your liking.

Add copyright info and text and you're ready to save.

Hope you enjoyed this tut. Please leave some love in my C-Box!
