Blown Away

Supplies Needed:
1 tube of choice
Scrapkit of choice (I'm using PTU V is for Vanity by Scrappin Krazy Designs at MyTagArt)
LMC-Template-ByDaira-CMChallenge-08 HERE
WSL_Mask302 by Weescotslass
Font of choice (I'm using Hula Skirt Girl)
Open template, hide credits and wordart, shift d to duplicate, close original.
On background layer, new raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste paper14 into selection, select none, apply mask.
On each circle 1-4
Selections, select all, float, defloat, copy & paste a paper of choice each time, selections, invert, delete on each, select none, hide each original layer.
repeat on frame1 and frame2, rectangle and rec frame using a different paper each time.
again on star.
Select small star, create a gradient from the colors in your supplies, selections, select all, float, defloat, new raster layer, flood fill with gradient, select none, hide original, add noise.
Copy & Paste wireshape as a new layer, resize if needed, blend between the circles.
Copy & Paste rings3 as a new layer, resize if needed, see my tag fro placement.
Add paint splatters and place to your liking.
Copy & Paste tube as a new layer, move to the top, resize if needed, add drop shadow.
Add sparkles and bows and place to your liking.
Copy & Paste screw as a new layer, resize to your liking, duplicte 2x's and arrange them all on the frame.
Add copyright info and text and you're ready to save.
