Fashion Passion

Fashion Passion
This tutorial was written by Jenny on 7/11/2010. Resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional. I am using the artwork of Lisa Montuori. You need a license to use her artwork. I have a license through MyTagArt.
Please check her site for new licensing information.

Supplies Needed:
1 tube of choice
Template 102 by Rachel at Scraps of Enchantment
Scrapkit of choice- I am using Carnival PTU Scrapkit by Kat NKDA
WSL_Mask355 by Weescotslass
Font of choice (I'm using SP Purkage)

*For the purpose of writing this tut-I'm assuming you are using the same kit of me. However, please feel free to use any kit you'd like. You can use my tag/tut as a guide in creating your tag.

Open template, hide credits and dots, shift d to duplicate, close original.

Move frame layer above background layer.

Select background layer, selections, float, defloat, copy & paste paper17 as a new layer, selections, invert, delete, select none, hide original.

New raster layer, move to the bottom, flood fill white, new raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste paper05 into selection, select none, apply mask.

Copy & Paste element04 (glitter circle) as a new layer, place to the left, resize 60%.

Copy & Paste element37 as a new layer, resize to your liking, add a subtle drop shadow, place on top of element04 layer.

Copy & Paste element78 as a new layer, resize 60%, place to the right of the canvas.

Copy & Paste element70 (sparkles) as a new layer, resize to 60%, place on the new background layer.

Copy & Paste element25 as a new layer, resize to your liking, place to the right, keeping under the frame with just a little sticking out, add drop shadow. See my tag.

Copy & Paste element30 (beads) as a new layer, resize to your liking, place on the new background layer toward the bottom.

Copy & Paste tube as a new layer, resize to your liking, place to the left under frame, select the portion you would like to have sticking out from the frame, right click, properties, promote selection to layer, move to top. Go back to original tube, remove any excess sticking out from the bottom and add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste rose of choice as a new layer, resize to your liking, add drop shadow, place under frame in the right corner. I allowed mine to remain sticking out from the frame but you may choose to remove that part.

Select stars, selection, select all, float, defloat, copy & paste paper of choice as a new layer, selections, invert, delete, select none, hide original.

Recolor the letters of the text to match, add a gradient glow if you wish.

Copy & Paste element73 (carnival mask) as a new layer, resize to your liking, free rotate 25 degrees left, add drop shadow, place on the bottom left corner of the frame, under the text.

Resize the canvas. Add copyright info and text and you're now ready to save.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. Please leave some love in my C-Box!
