This tutorial was written by Jenny on 6-07-2010. Resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional. I am using the artwork of Kenny Kiernan. Supplies Needed:
1 Tube of choice
Jenny FTU Scrapkit by Scraps by Jessica
Vix_Mask147 (under goodies) HERE
Font of Choice (I'm using Amazing Ruler)

Open a new canvas 650 x 550.

Flood fill white.

New raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste Paper10 into selection, select none, apply mask.

Copy & Paste folder1 as a new layer, resize 75%, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste flower5 as a new layer, resize 75%, add drop shadow, move below folder and to the bottom right.

Copy & Paste notebook2 as a new layer, resize 75%, keeping below folder, see my tag for placement.

Copy & Paste flowerdoodle2 as a new layer, resize 50%, keeping below notebook place upward.

Repeat using flowerdoodle1.

Copy & Paste leaves1 as a new layer, resize 75%, add drop shadow, place downward.

Copy & Paste notebookpaper1 as a new layer, resize 75%, add drop shadow, duplicate twice, free rotate each layer approx 15 degrees right or left to arrange to your liking.

Copy & Paste flower1 as a new layer, resize 75%, add drop shadow, place below folder and the top left.

Now we're going to go above the folder.

Select the folder layer.

Copy & Paste satinribbon of choice as a new layer, resize 75%, using the selection tool remove any excess.

Copy & Paste heartdoodle as a new layer, resize 75%, see my tag for placement.

Open frame8, hide background, copy merged, paste as a new layer on your working canvas, resize 50% , place on the folder toward bottom left, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste paper of choice as a new layer, resize 50%, move below frame8, use the selection tool to remove any excess.

Copy & Paste tube as a new layer, place to the right of the folder, resize if needed, add drop shadow, duplicate, move under frame8, use selection tool to remove excess, duplicate, adjust, blur, gaussian blur, 3.00, right click, properties, overlay.

Copy & Paste staple as a new layer, place to you liking or see my tag for placement.

Add any other embellishments that you'd like.

Resize your canvas if you'd like.

Add copyright info and text and you are now ready to save your tag.
