Wild Colors


Wild Colors
This tutorial was written by Jenny on 2-12-2010. Resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional. I am using the artwork of Mal Earl. You need a license to use her artwork. I have a license through MyTagArt.

Supplies Needed:
1 tube and 4 images of choice from the same artist
Get Ready, Wet, Go PTU Scrapkit by Sticky Kisses Designs (You can purchase HERE)
Template113 by Rachel
WSL_Mask238 by Weescotslass
Font of choice (I'm using Fancy Pants)

Open template, hide credits, shift d to duplicate, close original.

New raster layer, move to the bottom, flood fill white.

New raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste paper of choice into selection, select none, apply mask.

Select Background Rectangle layer, select inside one of the rectangles with magic wand, copy & paste Paper of choice as a new layer, selections, invert, delete, select none.

Repeat the above step on the other rectangles changing the paper each time.

Select white frame, selections,select all, float, defloat, new raster layer, flood fill with color of choice, select none, hide original.

On each of the rounded rectangles at the bottom you will need to select one at a time with your magic wand, copy & paste image of choice, resize, position over the rectangle accordingly, selections,invert,delete, select none, hide each original.

On each of the 3 hearts you will select the heart, selections, float, defloat, copy & paste a different paper each time,selections, invert,delete,select none, hide original.

Add any embellishments of your choice, resize and place to your liking.

Copy & Paste tube, resize if needed, place to your liking, add drop shadow.

Merge all layers visible. Resize the canvas if you'd like. Add copyright info and text and you're ready to save.
