Supplies Needed:
1 Tube of choice
Scrapkit of choice OR the one I'm using: Adoration PTU Scrapkit by Gemini Creationz

Template108 by Yvette at Essence of Creativity
Font of choice (I'm using Virgin Love)

Open template-hide credits-unhide background-shift d to duplicate-close original.

Select background layer-open redgltswl-resize 75%-copy & paste as a new layer-place toward the left of the canvas.

Open blkgltswl-resize 80%-copy & paste as a new layer on your canvas-place to the right.

Open blkgltsplatter-resize 75%-copy & paste as a new layer on your canvas.

Select blue rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat.

Open paper17-copy-paste as a new layer on your canvas-image-resize-80%-selections-invert-delete-select none-hide original.

Select white rectangles-selections-select all-float-defloat-copy & paste paper1 as a new layer-resize 75%-selections-invert-delete-select none-hide original.

Select black circle-selections-select all-float-defloat-copy & paste paper5 as a new layer-selections-invert-delete-select none-hide original.

Select white circles-selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer-flood fill with black-selections-select none-apply some noise if you'd like-hide original.

Select blue circle-selections-select all-float-defloat-copy & paste paper2 as a new layer-resize 65%-selections-invert-delete-select none-hide original.

Select Big Hearts-selections-select all-float-defloat-copy & paste paper16 as a new layer-selections-invert-delete-select none-hide original.

Select black rectangle-selections-select all-float-defloat-copy & paste paper8 as a new layer-selections-invert-delete-select none-hide original.

Use the change to target brush to recolor the words to your liking.

Open your tube-resize to your liking-copy & paste as a new layer.

Open flower6-resize 65% and again by 50%-copy & paste onto your canvas-place at the bottom of the tube-add a subtle drop shadow-duplicate-mirror.

Repeat with flower 5.

Copy & Paste heart pin as a new layer-resize to your liking-place among the flowers.

Resize the canvas if you'd like. Add copyright info and text and you're ready to save.
