I Have Hope
This tutorial was written by Jenny on 2-17-2010. Resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional. I am using the artwork of Valarie Wade. You need a license to use her artwork. I am licensed to this image through Artistic Minds Inc.

Supplies Needed:
1 tube and image of choice
Love & Hope FTU Scrapkit by Jaelop Designs
WSL_Mask339 by Weescotslass
Font of choice (I'm using Not His Angel)

Open a new canvas 550 x 550 and flood fill white.

New raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste paper11 into selection, select none, apply mask, duplicate.

Now keep in mind that this is a larger kit and not tagger size so you may have to resize the elements several times to get them to the desired size for your canvas.

Copy & Paste frame (element53) as a new layer, resize to your liking.

Copy & Paste image, move below frame, resize if needed, use the selection tool to remove any excess from the frame, merge the frame and the image together, free rotate left 15 degrees.

Copy & Paste heart flowers (element 15) as a new layer, place above mask, resize to your liking.

Copy & Paste bow as a new layer, resize to your liking, add drop shadow and place upon framed image.

Copy & Paste wire fence as a new layer, resize to your liking, move toward the bottom of the canvas.

Copy & Paste doodle (element 33) as a new layer, resize to your liking, add a subtle drop shadow, mirror, see my tag for placement.

Copy & Paste tube as a new layer, resize if needed, add drop shadow, place to the right of the canvas.

Now you can copy & paste the heart flowers of choice, resize to your liking and place down by the tube and behind the frame also.

Copy & Paste string (element20) as a new layer, resize to your liking, add a drop shadow, flip if needed.

Now you're ready to add the copyright layer and your text and then save.
