Open a new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.

New Raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste paper of choice into selection, select none, apply mask.

Copy & Paste element15 as a new layer, resize 65%.

Copy & Paste Paper09 as a new layer, move below frame, resize 65%, select inside frame with magic wand, selections, modify, expand 20, selections, invert,delete on paper layer, select none.

Copy & Paste tube, resize if needed, add drop shadow, see my tag for placement.

Copy & Paste element06 as a new layer, resize 50% twice, add drop shadow and place on the frame to the right, duplicate, mirror, flip.

Copy & Paste element22 as a new layer, resize 50%, mirror and place on the right of the frame.

Copy & Paste bird as a new layer, resize 50% twice, mirror and see my tag for placement.

Resize canvas if you'd like. Add copyright info and text and you are done.

Copy & Paste element64 as a new layer, resize 60%, select with magic wand, copy & paste photo as a new layer, selections, invert,delete,select none.

Copy & Paste element85 as a new layer, keeping it on top, free rotate left 15 degrees, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste element86 as a new layer, resize 65%, add drop shadow, free rotate left 15 degrees, duplicate, mirror, see my tag for arranging.

Copy & Paste element (the big fluffy looking stripe ribbon) as a new layer, resize to your liking, add drop shadow, keeping it on top of all other layers.

Open a new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white. We'll resize later.

New Raster Layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste Paper Text into selection, select none, apply mask.

Copy & Paste frame of choice, resize 85%, apply a fat gradient glow.

Copy & Paste Paper Stripes as a new layer, resize 50%, move below frame, select inside frame with magic wand, modify, expand 3, selections,invert,delete on paper layer, select none.

Copy & Paste bat as a new layer, resize 50% then again 65%, add drop shadow, place on the frame to your liking, duplicate, mirror, move up a bit, move the original over and below the duplicate, resize 75%.

Copy & Paste pumpkin as a new layer, resize 75%, add drop shadow and place to the left of the frame.

Copy & Paste Glitter Purple as a new layer, move below frame layer and above mask layer.

Copy & Paste Glitter Orange as a new layer, placing it beside the Glitter Purple layer.

Copy & Paste Spider Web Black Thick as a new layer, resize 75%, place below frame.

Copy & Paste candy pieces each as a new layer, resize them to your liking and place around the pumpkin.

Copy & Paste tube as a new layer, place to the right of the frame, resize if needed, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste Trick or Treat Bag as a new layer, resize 50% then again 75%, add drop shadow, place behind the pumpkin layer and make it look as though the bat is carrying it, you may need to move that bat layer to the top.

Copy & Paste label as a new layer, resize 50%, place under the top bat, add drop shadow.

Now on your tube layer, if you're using the same as me or one similar, you can click on certain spots with the magic wand (see my tag), effects, plugins, dsb flux bright noise, 25. We are just going to give it that glitter look-not actually animate it so when you apply that you will then need to click select none.

Now resize your canvas if you want- do not merge any layers if you plan on animating.

Add copyright info and text.

Now to animate if you want to:

Open animation shop.

Back in PSP- Hide spider web, paper, mask, all glitter, mask and background layer.

Now merge all other layers visible. Unhide other layers, hide merged layer.

Select the spider web layer, effects, plugins, Xenofex 2 Constellation with these settings:

Random Seed: 5000

Now copy merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop.

Back in PSP, undo animation, apply it again changing the Random Seed by clicking on it once, copy merged and paste after animation in animation shop.

You will need to repeat this step once more.

Back in PSP, copy the Merged layer only, paste as a new animation in animation shop.

Now on your spider web layers (there should be 3), select all, Propagate Paste, copy the top layer and paste into selected frame.

Now you will want to be sure you place it over the spider web in the appropriate place.

You can now try your animation and see if it's going too fast or too slow for you and change accordingly.

Flood fill Raster1 with white. New Raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste paper of choice into selections, select none, apply mask.

Select Raster 2 with magic wand, copy & paste Paper01 as a new layer, resize 65%, selections,invert,delete,select none, hide original layer.

Select Raster4 layer with magic wand, copy & paste Paper13 as a new layer, resize 65%, selections,invert,delete,select none, hide original layer.

Select Raster5 layer with magic wand, copy & paste Paper21 as a new layer, resize 50%, selections,invert,delete,select none, hide original layer.

Select Raster3 layer with magic wand, copy & paste Paper09 as a new layer, resize 75%, selections,invert,delete, select none, hide original layer.

Select Raster6 layer (the circle part) with magic wand, copy & paste Paper20 as a new layer, resize 75%, selections,invert,delete,select none.

Select Raster6 layer (the star) with magic wand, copy & paste Paper14 as a new layer, resize 50%, selections,invert,delete,select none, hide original layer.

On the Copy of Vector 4 layer you will need to add a subtle drop shadow.

Copy & Paste tube as a new layer, place to the left of the canvas, resize if needed and add a subtle drop shadow.

If you have another tube you are using copy & paste it as a new layer, resize to your liking, move below the star frame, select inside the frame with magic wand, modify, expand 2, selections, invert, delete on the tube layer, select none.

Copy & Paste element25 as a new layer, resize 75%, mirror and place to the right of the template, add a subtle drop shadow of choice, place on top of all other layers.

Copy & Paste element14 as a new layer, resize 50%, add drop shadow, see my tag for placement, duplicate, image,mirror, resize 65%, see my tag for placement.

Copy & Paste element18 as a new layer, place above Copy of Vector6.

Now you can copy and paste flowers of choice as a new layer, resizing each and placing them to your liking.

I then merged all layers visible and resized 85%.

Add copyright info and text and you are done.

Now you'll need to make sure this layer is below each of the slat borders then close the original slat layers.

Select cirlce layer with magic wand, copy & paste Paper6 as a new layer, resize 65% then again 75%, selections,invert,delete, select none, hide original circle layer.

Select Rectangle 1 layer with magic wand, copy & paste Paper11 as a new layer, resize 65%, selections,invert,delete, select none, hide original.

Select heart with magic wand, copy & paste Paper12 as a new layer, resize 50%, selections,invert,delete, select none, hide original.

Select Rectangle2 with magic wand, copy & paste Paper4 as a new layer, resize 50%, selections, invert,delete,select none, hide original.

Copy & Paste tube, resize if needed, place below Rectangle2 Border, free rotate 10 degrees right, then use the magic wand to select inside the border, modify, expand 3, selections, invert, delete on tube, select none.

Copy & Paste Frame3 as a new layer, resize 75%, place below the heart and rectangle layer, it should be right above the rectangle1 layer, then you'll need to select the 2 little pieces that are hidden by the heart with your selection tool, right click and promote selection to layer, move to the top, select none.

Copy & Paste Painting (flowers) as a new layer, resize 65%, add drop shadow, place to the left of the canvas.

Copy & Paste Charm 2 as a new layer, resize 50%, add drop shadow and see my tag for placement.

Copy & Paste blossom as a new layer, resize 50%, mirror, place to the right (see my tag), duplicate, free rotate 10 degrees right.

Copy & Paste cluster 1 as a new layer, resize 50%, add a subtle drop shadow and place at the base of the blossoms.

Copy & Paste foliage3 as a new layer, resize 65%, place below frame and paper and toward the right of the canvas, duplicate, mirror.

Hide all layers except the frame, 2 tubes and paper, merge visible, unhide the other layers.

Now hide the merge layer, mask and background and merge visible, unhide all layers.

Copy & Paste doves as a new layer, resize 50% and place on the top right corner of the frame.

Copy & Paste wooden bridge as a new layer, move toward the bottom of the canvas.

Copy & Paste the 3rd tube as a new layer, placing it on the bridge, resize if needed, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste unicorn as a new layer, resize 75%, add drop shadow, see my tag for placement.

On the dove layer, duplicate,mirror and place on the left side of the bridge.

Resize the canvas if you'd like. Add copyright info and text and you are done.

Copy & Paste element02 as a new layer, resize 50% then again 65%, place ontop of element 17 bottom left of the frame, add drop shadow, duplicate,mirror, flip.

Copy & Paste element25 (button ribbon) as a new layer, resize to your liking, add drop shadow, place on top of the flowers- bottom left of frame.

Copy & Paste element10 as a new layer, resize 50%, move below all other layers until you are sitting on top of the frame, position it over the frame then you may want to use the eraser tool to get rid of the strays over to the right.

Copy & Paste Paper6 as a new layer, move below frame, resize 50%, use the selection tool and draw out over the frame, selections,invert,delete on the paper layer, select none.

Copy & Paste Photo, place below frame but above paper, resize 75%, use the selection tool to draw around the frame again, selections,invert, delete on photo layer, select none and drop the opacity down to 75 on the photo layer.

Copy & Paste GlitterShape1 as a new layer, resize 65% then again 50%, add drop shadow, free rotate 20 degrees right. You may want to go to adjust and sharpen it now, place on the frame at the bottom right corner.

Copy & Paste GlitterShape3 as a new layer, move below Glitter Shape1, resize 65% twice, add drop shadow. Again, you may want to go to adjust and sharpen it.

Now merge down the 2 glitter shape layers and move them to the top right corner of the frame.

Copy & Paste Ruffled Ribbon 1 as a new layer, resize 50%, add drop shadow, place at the top of the frame.

Copy & Paste Tag1 as a new layer, resize 50%, add drop shadow, place ontop of the glitter shapes.

Copy & Paste tube as a new layer, resize if needed, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste Multi Colored Silk Flower1 as a new layer, resize 50%, add drop shadow and place the flower on the frame in the bottom right corner, duplicate and move over to the left a bit, duplicate, mirror. The flowers should cover the bottom part of the tube. See my tag.

Add text and you are done. I just played around with a couple of fonts and different sizes till I got something I liked. Then select all, float, defloat, modify, expand 2, new raster layer, flood fill white, move below text, select none, added a drop shadow.
