* I actually made this tag several months ago for a contest hosted by Pimp'd Scraps. I had thought about tutting it but wasn't sure until I received an email today from Claudia asking if there was a tut for it...so I decided to go ahead and tut this one while I had the time to do so......I hope you all enjoy!

Supplies Needed:

Image or Tube of choice

Bella's Lullaby PTU Scrapkit by Simply Irresistible Designz

Font of choice (I'm using Ministry Script)

Open a new canvas 510 x 510. Flood fill white.

Copy and Paste Paper3 as a new layer, resize 55%, add subtle drop shadow.

Copy and Paste Paper8 as a new layer, resize 55%, free rotate 14 degrees left, resize 90%, add subtle drop shadow.

Copy and Paste Paper4 as a new layer, resize 55%, free rotate 14 degrees right, resize 90%, add subtle drop shadow.

Copy and Paste Paper5 as a new layer, resize 55%, resize 85%, add subtle drop shadow.

Copy and Paste notebook as a new layer, resize 75%, free rotate 14 degrees left and to the top left of the canvas, keeping it on top of all other layers thus far.

Copy and Paste Glitter Swirls2 as a new layer, resize to your liking, add subtle drop shadow and move below all layers but above the very first paper you added.

Copy and Paste frame2 as a new layer, resize 60%, keeping on top of all layers.

Copy and paste your image of choice, place below frame layer, resize if needed, use your magic wand to select inside the frame, selections, modify, 3, invert delete, select none.

Copy and Paste flower6 as a new layer, resize to your liking, place on top of frame and to the left, add subtle drop shadow.

Copy and Paste apple, resize to your liking and place close to the flower, add subtle drop shadow.

Copy and Paste Piano as a new layer, resize 50% then again at 85%, add drop shadow of choice and place to the right of the canvas.

Copy and Paste button of choice, resize to your liking, add subtle drop shadow, place to your liking.

Copy and Paste wordart of choice, resize to your liking, you can add a gradient glow if you have eyecandy or you can go to selections, select all, float, defloat, modify,expand by 3, new layer, flood fill white, select none, move the flood fill below the wordart, merge those 2 layers together, add drop shadow, place to your liking.

Resize the tag if you'd like. Add copyright info and text (I did the same thing above to the text), merge visible.

You're done.

Font of choice (I'm using SP Love Life)

Open a new canvas 600 x 600. Flood fill white.

Using 2 colors from the scrap, make a gradient, new raster layer, flood fill with gradient.

Apply Mask layer.

Copy and Paste Paper of choice as a new layer, resize 55%, add drop shadow, free rotate, 10 degrees left, resize again by 90%.

Copy and Paste another paper of choice as a new layer, resize 55%, add drop shadow, free rotate, 10 degrees right, resize again by 90%.

Copy and Paste another paper of choice as a new layer, resize 55%, add drop shadow, resize again by 90%.

Copy and Paste cloud1 as a new layer, add drop shadow, resize 65%, place above all other layers so far and to the right of the canvas, duplicate,image,mirror,flip.

Copy and Paste string bead deco as a new layer, resize 50%, then again by 50%, add drop shadow, flip, place to the left of the canvas above all other layers thus far.

Copy and Paste Castle as a new layer, resize 75%, add drop shadow, place above all layers.

Copy and Paste flowers3 as a new layer, resize by 75%, add drop shadow, place below castle, duplicate,image,mirror.

Copy and Paste grass3 as a new layer, resize 50% then again by 65%, add drop shadow and place in front of the castle, to the left of it, duplicate,image,mirror.

Copy and Paste flowers and flowers2 as a new layer, resize 50% twice, add drop shadow, duplicate each layer, image, mirror.

Copy and Paste frog as a new layer, place on one side of the castle steps, add drop shadow, resize 50% then again by 65%, duplicate,image,mirror.

Copy and Paste doodle as a new layer, resize 75%, add drop shadow, mirror,flip.

Copy and Paste tube as a new layer, resize if needed, add drop shadow.

Resize tag if you'd like. Merge visible.

Add copyright info, text, ect and you're done.

Open a new canvas 550 x 500. Flood Fill White.

Using Paper of choice, apply mask layer.

Copy and paste frame2 as a new layer, resize to 75%, add drop shadow.

Copy and Paste paper of choice as a new layer, resize by 50%, move below frame, use your selection tool to remove excess paper.

Copy and Paste leaf-stem-2 as a new layer, add drop shadow, move below frame and paper layer and to the top of the frame, duplicate,image,mirror,flip.

Copy and Paste feather-1 as a new layer, resize to 75%, duplicate,image,mirror, flip.

Copy and Paste bow of choice as a new layer, place at the top left corner of the frame, resize, add drop shadow.

Copy and Paste carriage of choice as a new layer, see my tag for placement, add drop shadow.

Copy and Paste tube as a new layer, resize if needed, add drop shadow, see my tag for placement.

Copy and Paste crown of choice as a new layer, resize to 50%, add drop shadow, place above all other layers and to the right of the canvas.

Copy and Paste flower 3 or 4 as a new layer, resize 65%, add drop shadow,effects, plugins, MuRa's Meister Copies, encircle with these settings:

Number: 12

Shift X: 50

Shift Y: 50

Angle: 0

Rotation: 100

Phase: -25

Cycle: 100

Attenuation: 0

Scale: 100

Thru BG Range: 0

Fade Out: 0

Click OK

Resize 65% again, move below frame layer but above leaf stem layer, duplicate,mirror,flip.

Resize tag if you wish.

Add Copyright info and text and you are done.

Copy & Paste paper4 as a new layer, move below frame, resize 50%, copy and paste Ribbon Wrap1 as a new layer, move below frame, add drop shadow, resize 65%, using your selection tool set on rectangle, draw out above the frame layer, selections, invert, select ribbon layer, delete, select paper layer, delete, select none.

Copy and Paste the laying down image of Sparkly Sally as a new layer, resize 85%, move toward bottom of the frame, add drop shadow.

Copy and Paste Tube of Sparkly Suzy as a new layer, resize 85%, move toward right of the frame, add drop shadow.

Copy and Paste Knotted Button1 as a new layer, resize 50% twice then again by 85%, add drop shadow, move to the top left corner of the frame.

Copy and Paste Beaded String1 as a new layer, resize by 50%, add drop shadow, move below knotted button1.

Copy and Paste word art as a new layer, resize to your liking and place in the middle of the frame.

Copy and Paste beaded swirl as a new layer, resize by 65%, add drop shadow, move below frame and up to the top left corner.

Add copyright info

For the text I used Scrap Spangled, size 65, 1.0 stroke width, colors blue and white from the tag, converted to raster layer, select all, float, defloat, modify, expand 3, new layer, flood filled with red from the tag, select none, move below text, add drop shadow.

Open tag template200 by Missy. Close credit layer, shift D, close original template.

Image, canvas size, width 537, height 550 pixels.

Flood fill the exposed background layer with white.

Make a gradient using 2 colors from your tube, new raster layer above background, flood fill with gradient, apply mask.

Select Circle layer with magic wand, copy and paste bkg12 as a new layer, resize 50%, selections, invert,delete,select none, add drop shadow, close original circle.

Copy and Paste star doodle as a new layer, resize to 75 %, add drop shadow, place above circle layer.

Select star layer with your magic wand, copy and paste bkg2 as a new layer, resize 65%, selections, invert,delete, select none, add drop shadow, close original star layer.

Select Star Background with your magic wand, copy and paste bkg13 as a new layer, resize by 65%, selections, invert,delete, select none, add drop shadow, close original star layer.

Select star frame, add drop shadow.

Copy and paste LICENSEPLATE as a new layer, resize to your liking, see my tag for placement, free rotate 8 degrees left, add drop shadow.

Copy and paste word art as a new layer, see my tag for placement, resize, add drop shadow.

Copy and paste musical notes of choice, resize to your liking and place randomly on canvas, add drop shadow to each.

Copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed, add drop shadow.

Copy and paste guitar of choice and microphone as a new layer, resize both to your liking, add drop shadow and place to your liking.

Now if you wish to resize you can. I resized mine by 85%. Merge visible.

Add copyright info and text and you're done.

Spring Fling FTU scrap by Baby Cakes Scraps

Mask of choice (optional. I'm using one by Becky)

Font of choice (I'm using P22 Corinthia)

Open tag template, close credit layer, shift D and close the original template.

If you're going to apply a mask layer, select 2 colors from your tube or scrap and make a gradient with it, apply that layer then apply your mask. Mask is optional.

Using your magic wand select Rectangle1 and Rectangle2 (wand settings: Add (Shift), RGB Value, Tolerance 65, Contiguous checked, Feather 0, Anti-alias).

Copy and paste Green Scratched Paper as a new layer, resize 65%, selections,invert,delete,select none, hide original rectangle1 & 2. Add drop shadow if you'd like.

Select rectangle3 with your magic wand (same settings)

Copy and Paste green floral paper as a new layer, resize 76%, selections,invert,delete, select none, hide original rectangle3 layer. Add drop shadow if you'd like.

Select thin rectangle 1 and thin rectangle2 using your magic wand (same settings)

Copy and Paste Pink Scratched Paper as a new layer, resize by 75%, selections, invert, delete, select none, hide original thin rectangle 1 & 2 layer. Add drop shadow if you'd like.

Copy and Paste glow dangle as a new layer, resize 50%, place on top of thin rectangle1, duplicate, place duplicated layer on thin rectangle2.

* I don't like how my tag looked after it was animated so I'm also displaying the unanimated version below. Having issues with animation shop lol. Click on the tag to get the full effect.

Open a new canvas 500 x 450. Flood fill white.

New raster layer, using your magic wand, select inside that layer, copy and paste wonderland chess into layer,select none.

Apply mask.
Copy and Paste wonderlandcupbrush as a new layer, resize 85%, see my tag for placement, duplicate,image,mirror,flip.

Copy and Paste textured frame as a new layer, resize by 85%,add drop shadow.

Copy and Paste the background that comes with the tube as a new layer, move below frame.

Copy and Paste the love heart as a new layer, resize to your liking, place in the upper left corner of the frame, add drop shadow.

Copy and Paste the crown as a new layer, place above the love heart, see my tag, add drop shadow.

Copy and paste silver ribbon as a new layer, add drop shadow, flip and place at the bottom of the frame.

Copy and Paste tube as a new layer, resize just a bit and place to the right of the frame, add drop shadow.

Add copyright info and text ....do NOT merge yet if you want to animate.....

Use your magic wand and select inside the crown, effects,plugins,dsb flux, bright noise with these settings:

Intensity 30
Direction Mix

Copy merged and paste over in animation shop. Go back to psp, undo noise, with the crown still selected, apply again changing the Intensity to 25 , copy merged and paste after in animation shop.

Do the above step one more time, changing the Intensity to 40

Save as a gif and you are done. If you'd rather not animate then just skip the above steps.

Select inside Raster8 with your magic wand, copy and paste paper6 as a new layer, selections, invert, delete, select none,hide original layer. Add drop shadow to Copy of Vector 1.

Select Raster 5 with your magic wand, copy and paste paper5 as a new layer, selections,invert,delete,select none, hide original. Add drop shadow to copy of Vector 4.

Select Raster 6 with your magic wand, copy and paste paper10 as a new layer,selections, invert, delete, select none, hide original. Add drop shadow to Copy of Vector 3.

Using paper3 apply mask layer as usual.

Copy and paste hero frame 5 as a new layer, resize, add drop shadow.

Copy and paste paper12 as a new layer, move below frame, resize to 75%, use your magic wand to select inside the frame and get rid of any excess paper.

Copy and paste notepaper1 as a new layer, move below frame and paper layer, resize by 75%, free rotate 12 degrees right.

Copy and paste callalillies of choice as a new layer, place to the right of the frame, add drop shadow, resize to around 75-85%, duplicate,mirror,and move the duplicated layer down just a bit.

Copy and paste barbwire2 as a new layer, add drop shadow.

Copy and paste bow6 as a new layer, resize and move to the top left corner of the frame, add drop shadow.

Copy and paste envelope of choice as a new layer, resize,add drop shadow, place above all other layers and just a bit more to the right.

Copy and paste wordtag3 as a new layer, resize if needed,add drop shadow, move toward the bottom of the tag on the left. See my Tag.

Copy and paste hero tag2 as a new layer, resize if needed, add drop shadow, move toward bottom of the tag on the right. See my tag.

Copy and paste Tube of choice as a new layer, place in the center of the canvas, add drop shadow.

Resize the tag if you want. I did not.

Add copyright info and text and you're done. I'd love to see your results.

Supplies Needed:
2 tubes of choice
Pink Passion PTU Scrapkit by Baby Cakes Scraps
WSL_Mask289 by Weescotslass
Font of choice (I'm using 1 BeanSprout DNA)

Open a new canvas 600 x 600 (resize later). Flood fill white.
Using a paper from the kit, apply mask layer.
Copy and Paste Double Frame as a new layer, resize to your liking. I resized mine around 65%.

Copy and Paste paper twelve as a new layer, place behind frame,resize to 75%, use your magic wand click inside the frames, selections, modify,expand5, selections,invert and hit delete while on the paper layer, selections,select none.

Copy and paste pink rose two as a new layer, resize to around 50%, add drop shadow, move below frame and paper layer, bring up to the top left corner of the frame, duplicate,mirror.

Copy and paste beads silver as a new layer, resize, move below the rose layers, move to the bottom of the frame, add drop shadow, duplicate,flip.

Copy and paste clipped flower as a new layer, move below bead layer, flip, move to the left of the canvas, duplicate,mirror.

Copy and paste icy pink brad as a new layer, resize,add drop shadow,place above frame and to the left, see my tag.

Copy and paste close up tube as a new layer,resize if needed,add drop shadow, place below frame.

Copy and paste doodle three as a new layer, resize,add drop shadow and place under frame opposite the tube layer.

Copy and paste pink rose as a new layer, resize, add drop shadow, place at the bottom of the frame on the left, duplicate,mirror.

Copy and paste the other tube as a new layer, resize if needed, add drop shadow, place infront of the frame.

Resize your tag if you want. I resized mine to 85%.
Add copyright info and text and you are done.

Supplies Needed:
1 Tube of choice
Hoopy Easter PTU Scrapkit by Soxsational Scraps
Font of choice (I'm using Satisfaction)
WSL_Mask254 by Weescotslass

Open a new canvas 500 x 500. Flood Fill White.

Using paper of choice apply the mask layer.

Copy and paste frame 2 as a new layer, resize by 85%.

Copy and paste paper of choice as a new layer, place under frame, remove any excess paper sticking out from the frame.

Add subtle drop shadow to the frame.

Copy and paste doodle of choice as a new layer, resize if needed,add drop shadow, place below paper layer and to the right of the frame,duplicate,image,mirror.

Copy and paste Easter Bunny of choice as a new layer, resize to around 50%,add drop shadow and place inside the frame.

Copy and paste Easter basket as a new layer,resize to 50% and again if needed, add drop shadow and place above frame and to the right.

Copy and paste butterfly of choice as a new layer, resize 50% twice,add drop shadow and place to your liking.

Copy and paste Easter Banner as a new layer, place atop frame, resize if needed, add drop shadow.

Copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed, add drop shadow and place to your liking.

Resize the tag if you so wish.

Add copyright info and text and you are done!
