Copy & Paste Wide Wrap A as a new layer, resize 50% twice, place atop the frame and curtain, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste Rose as a new layer, resize 50% twice then again 65%, add drop shadow and place above frame and tube toward the left.

Copy & Paste Rose again as a new layer, resize 50% then again 75%, free rotate 90 degrees right, add drop shadow, place above doodle layer.

Copy & Paste Pale Rose as a new layer, resize 65%, add drop shadow, place to the right of the canvas toward bottom of the frame.

Copy & Paste World Word Art, resize to your liking and place toward the bottom.
I also applied gradient glow white-5-medium to the wordart to give it that extra pop.

Resize your tag now if you'd like. Add copyright info and text and you are done.
