Supplies Needed:
1 tube of choice
Sweet Dreams PTU Scrapkit by Baby Cakes Scraps
WSL_Mask84 by Weescotslass
Font of choice (I'm using ATHelindaRook)
Open a new canvas 600 x 600. We'll resize later. Flood fill white.
New raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste paper of choice into selection, select none, apply mask.
Copy & Paste Rose Frame as a new layer, resize 50%, add drop shadow.
Copy & Paste Paper K as a new layer, resize 50%, move below frame layer, use the selection tool to draw around the frame and then invert,delete on the paper layer, select none.
Copy & Past curtain as a new layer, resize 50%, add drop shadow, mirror, place on the right side of the frame.
Copy & Paste Wide Wrap A as a new layer, resize 50% twice, place atop the frame and curtain, add drop shadow.
Copy & Paste Pearls as a new layer, resize 50% then again 65%, place on the curtain below the wrap.
Copy & Paste tube of choice as a new layer, resize if needed, add drop shadow and place to your liking.
Copy & Paste Glitter Doodle A as a new layer, resize 85%, move over to the left just a bit, place above the mask layer, add drop shadow.
Copy & Paste Rose as a new layer, resize 50% twice then again 65%, add drop shadow and place above frame and tube toward the left.
Copy & Paste Rose again as a new layer, resize 50% then again 75%, free rotate 90 degrees right, add drop shadow, place above doodle layer.
Copy & Paste Pale Rose as a new layer, resize 65%, add drop shadow, place to the right of the canvas toward bottom of the frame.
Copy & Paste World Word Art, resize to your liking and place toward the bottom.
I also applied gradient glow white-5-medium to the wordart to give it that extra pop.
