Supplies Needed:

1 Photo of choice

Fresh Choco Delice FTU Scrapkit by Scrapity Scrap and More

Font of choice (I'm using Satisfaction)
MuRa's Meister Copies

Open a new canvas 600 x 600. Flood fill white. We'll resize later.

Copy & Paste element64 as a new layer, resize 60%, select with magic wand, copy & paste photo as a new layer, selections, invert,delete,select none.

Copy & Paste element85 as a new layer, keeping it on top, free rotate left 15 degrees, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste element86 as a new layer, resize 65%, add drop shadow, free rotate left 15 degrees, duplicate, mirror, see my tag for arranging.

Copy & Paste element (the big fluffy looking stripe ribbon) as a new layer, resize to your liking, add drop shadow, keeping it on top of all other layers.

Copy & Paste element 46 as a new layer, resize 50%, see my tag for placement, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste doodle of choice, place it at the very bottom above the background.

Copy & Paste flower of choice, resize 65%, add drop shadow, apply Mura's Meister Copies default setting encircle, move below doodle.

Copy & Paste another flower of choice repeat above except resize it 55%.

Resize canvas if you'd like. Add copyright info and text and you are done.
