Supplies Needed:

1 Tube of choice

Forbidden Love PTU Scrapkit by Soxsational Scraps

WSL_Mask222 by Weescotslass

Font of choice (I'm using Twilight)

Open a new canvas 550 x 450. Flood fill white.

New raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste Paper1 into selection,select none.

Apply Mask.

Copy & Paste Frame3 as a new layer, resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste Paper14 as a new layer, resize 75%, move below frame, select inside frame with magic wand, selections,modify 2, selections,invert,delete on paper layer,select none.

Copy & Paste tube as a new layer, move below frame,add drop shadow, duplicate,move over to the right a bit, drop the opacity to your liking.

Copy & Paste Swirl3 as a new layer, resize,move above mask layer, add drop shadow,duplicate,image,mirror,flip.

Copy & Paste each rose as a new layer, see my tag for placement, I bunched mine by duplicating both and rotating the duplicates 26 degrees right on one and left on the other.

Copy & Paste each candle, resize (I did mine 50% then again 75% on the first, 50% then again 65% on the other) duplicate one of them and resize just a bit smaller and see my tag for placement.

Copy & Paste ribbon place infront of the candles, resize 85%, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste hearts, resize and place to your liking.

Resize canvas if you'd like. Add copyright info and text and you're done.
