Wait for Me

Wait for Me
*animated*

This tutorial was written by Jenny on 5-16-2009. Resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional. I am using the artwork of Suzanne Woolcott. You need a license to use her work. I got my tubes through Artistic Minds Inc. You can now purchase her tubes HERE.

I am also posting an unanimated version of this tutorial below using the artwork of Susan McKivergan. You also need a license to use her work. I am licensed through AMI.
You can now find Susan's artwork licensed to UpYourArt.

Supplies Needed:
2-3 tubes from the same artist
Twilight Springs Eternal PTU Scrap by Oopsie-Daisy
Hot Air Balloon Photo by JadeMonkey Photography (My Best Bud)
WSL_Mask260 by Weescotslass
Font of choice (I'm using 1 Bean Sprout DNA)
MuRa's Meister Copies

Open a new canvas 650 x 550 (we'll resize later). Flood fill white.
New Raster layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste paper6 into layer, select none, apply mask.

Open frame3, rotate clockwise 90, copy & paste as a new layer on your canvas.
Resize to your liking.
Copy & Paste the hot air balloon photo as a new layer, move below frame.
Copy & Paste rainbow as a new layer, move below frame but above photo, use selection tool to get rid of any excess. Merge these three layers together.

Copy & Paste silverstar as a new layer, resize to your liking, place at the right bottom of the frame.

Copy & Paste floral3 as a new layer, resize 50% then again by 65%, add drop shadow, effects, plugins, MuRa's Meister Copies, encircle with these settings:
Number: 12
Shift X: 50
Shift Y: 50
Angle: 0
Rotation: 100
Phase: -25
Cycle: 100
Attenuation: 0
Scale: 100
Thru BG Range: 0
Fade Out: 0

Copy & Paste floral2 as a new layer, follow same steps above.

Copy & Paste metal swirl as a new layer, place between the two florals and to the right, add drop shadow, resize 85%, duplicate, mirror.

Copy & Paste air balloon as a new layer, if you're animating you'll need to make it pretty small so maybe 50% then again 60% or so, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste the tubes you want inside the balloon, resize them so they fit nicely inside (below the balloon layer), add drop shadow. Merge the balloon and the tube layers together.
Place it over the largest balloon in the photo.

Now copy & paste tube of choice, place to the left, resize if needed, add drop shadow.

Resize if you'd like. Add copyright info.

Copy Merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop.

Back in PSP, move the balloon up and over the next balloon in the photo, copy merged, paste after in animation shop.

Repeat twice more and then again with the balloon layer hidden.

You should have 5 layers in animation shop, select all and change the frame properties to 85, save as a gif and you're done.
