Supplies Needed:

Tube and Image of choice

One Day at the Sea Shore PTU Scrapkit by Seven's Scraps

WSL_Mask84 by Weescotslass

Font of choice (I'm using His Name Is Honey)

Open a new canvas 550 x 450. Flood fill white.

Copy & Paste frame06 as a new layer, resize 70%, add drop shadow to the frame.

Copy & Paste image as a new layer, move below frame, Opacity 75.

Copy & Paste Tube as a new layer, resize if needed, add drop shadow, mirror and place on the frame as mine.

New Raster Layer, move above background layer, select with magic wand, copy & paste paper11 into layer, select none, effects, texture effect, Mosaic (50, 50, symmetric checked,70, 2, 50), apply mask.

Copy & Paste string01 as a new layer, resize 55%, add drop shadow, move below tube layer.

Copy & Paste net01 as a new layer, resize 55%, add drop shadow, move below tube layer, above string layer.

Copy & Paste leave04 as a new layer, resize 75%, add drop shadow, see my tag for placement.

Copy & Paste heart 01 as a new layer, resize 55%, add drop shadow, place top right corner of frame.

Copy & Paste shell01 as a new layer, resize, place above heart.

Copy & Paste button01 as a new layer, resize and place above last layer, add drop shadow.

Add copyright info and text and you're done ;)

On the text layer, I duplicated mine and on the bottom layer I used distortion effects wind.
