Supplies Needed:

Kellie, Bitty and Blackeyed Susan tubes from Lacy Clagg

Are We There Yet Scrapkit by Krissy's Scraps

Font of choice (I'm using FB Punkypie)

Open a new canvas 600 x 600. Flood fill white.

Copy & Paste Paper 16 as a new layer, resize 65%, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste Paper 19 as a new layer, resize 65% then again 90%, add drop shadow, free rotate 15 degrees left.

Open frame 5, rotate clockwise 90, copy & paste as a new layer onto the canvas, resize 55%, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste Paper 20 as a new layer, move below frame, resize 55%, use the magic wand to select inside the frame, selection, modify, expand 10, invert, delete on paper layer, select none.

Copy & Paste backpack of choice, resize 50% then again 75%, add drop shadow and place to the right of the frame.

Copy & Paste buttons of choice, resize 50% then again 65%, add drop shadow and place over the holes in the top of the frame.

Copy & Paste cloud, add drop shadow, resize 50% then again 65%, move below frame layer.

Copy & Paste 2 daisies of choice, resize 65%, add drop shadow, see my tag for placement.

Copy & Paste kite of choice, resize 65%, add drop shadow, place above frame and up toward the left.

Copy & Paste Tree, resize 50%, add drop shadow, place below backpack layer.

Copy & Paste grass, resize 50%, add drop shadow, place left corner of the frame, duplicate, mirror.

Copy & Paste Lacy Clagg blackeyed susans as a new layer, place close to the tree but under the frame, resize 65%, use your selection tool to get rid of the excess, add drop shadow, duplicate,mirror.

Copy & Paste Bitty tube as a new layer, resize 75%, place below frame layer, use selection tool to get rid of any excess tube, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste Kellie laying down tube as a new layer, resize 65%, add drop shadow, see my tag for placement.

Resize the canvas if you'd like. Add copyright info and text and you are done.
