Supplies Needed:

1 tube of choice

Passion FTU Scrap by Soxsational Scraps

Font of choice (I'm using Pea Amy*Rica Script)

Open a new canvas 500 x 500, flood fill white.

Copy & Paste paper1 as a new layer, resize 50%, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste paper10 as a new layer, resize 50%, add drop shadow, free rotate right 10 degrees.

Copy & Paste paper13 as a new layer, resize 50%, add drop shadow, free rotate left 10 degrees.

Copy & Paste frame1 as a new layer, resize 65%, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste paper5 as a new layer, resize 65%, use your selection tool, draw out over the top part of the frame, selections invert, with paper5 selected, delete,select none.

Copy & Paste flower2 as a new layer, resize by 65%, add drop shadow, move below frame and to the top left.

Copy & Paste doodle 1 as a new layer, move below paper13 and to the right, resize to 65%, add drop shadow, duplicate,image,mirror,flip.

Decorate the frame with buttons, ribbon and hearts of choice.

Copy and paste tube of choice as a new layer, resize if needed, add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste bling as a new layer, resize 50%, add drop shadow, move below frame, use selection tool to remove excess sticking out from frame.

Add copyright layer and text and you are done.
