Add new raster layer, using your magic wand click inside the new layer and paste a paper of choice into layer, selections, select none. Apply mask.
Copy and paste frame of choice, resize if needed, using your magic wand select inside the frame, selections, modify, expand by 4.
Copy and paste another paper as a new layer, move this layer below the frame layer, copy and paste your close up tube as a new layer, resize if needed and move that layer so it is below the frame but above the paper, selections, invert, make sure you're on the paper layer and then hit delete, select the tube layer and hit delete, selections, select none. Add a drop shadow to your frame and close up tube (I used 2,2,60,5).
Add your other tube and position to your liking.
Copy and paste a flower of choice above your mask layer but below your paper layer, resize if needed, add drop shadow (I used 2,2,60,5). Apply as many flowers as you would like and arrange them to your liking. Copy and paste a doodle, add drop shadow, move around to your liking.
Add copyrights and tagger info. Merge visible
Now for your font:
You can add your font however you'd like. If you want to animate it then go to effects, dsb flux, bright noise, 47, copy merged and paste into animation shop. Back at psp repeat the same step changing the noise to 35, copy merged paste after in animation. Repeat the same step again changing the setting to 54. Select all and save as gif.
You're finished! I'd love to see your results!
