Sblendely Going Bananas

Sblendely Going Bananas

This tutorial was written by Jenny on August 22,2008. Any similarity to any other tut is unintentional and purely coincidental. This tut was wrote for a contest being held by Simone in Honor of Sblended's Birthday Celebration. Happy Birthday Sblended and Thank You to Simone for offering such a great contest! I am using the artwork of Suzanne Woolcott for this tut. This particular tube was purchased at AMI, however Suzanne's tubes are no longer available for purchase there. Please go HERE to purchase her tubes.

*please note that my tutorials are not to be sold, copied or profited from in any way.

Supplies Needed for this tut:
Tube of choice
Serina Loves Bananas freebie Scrapkit located HERE
Font of choice (I'm using SBC Greetings)

Open a new canvas 600x600 and flood fill white.
Copy and Paste cardboard3 as a new layer, resize to your desire, add a drop shadow of choice (I used 2,2,60,5 on each step).
Copy and paste p2 as a new layer, resize as needed, add a drop shadow of choice, image, rotate, free rotate,15 degrees right.
Copy and Paste p6 as a new layer, resize as needed, add a drop shadow of choice, image, rotate, free rotate, 15 degrees left.
Copy and paste frame1 as a new layer, resize as needed, add a drop shadow of choice.
Copy and paste p5 as a new layer and resize so that it fits nicely under your frame.
Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer, position as desired, add a drop shadow.
You're almost finished!
All that's left is adding embellishments so one by one copy and paste the armytag1,bananaBunch,bigbowribbon,flower-2,flower-3,monkey of choice. Each will need to be resized to your desire (I placed the flowers below the paper layers), add a drop shadow to each and place accordingly (see my tag for example).
Add copyrights and text and you're done.

Hope you enjoyed this tut. I would love to see your results!
