Open a new canvas 650x450 (you can resize later). Flood fill white.
New Raster layer, flood fill with matching color from your tube. Add mask layer. Set your foreground to a dark color from your tube, background null, using your rectangle preset shape, draw out a rectangle sized to your liking, effects, 3d effects, inner bevel with the following settings:
Bevel:2,Width:11, Smoothness:17,Depth:5, Ambience:0,Shininess:18,Angle:45,Intensity:30,Elevation:64.
Using your selection tool draw around your frame, layers, new raster layer, flood fill with lighter color from your tube or use both colors to make a matching gradient), selections, select none, move your flood fill layer below your frame.
Copy and paste your close up image below the frame layer but above the flood fill layer, crop as needed. Add your other tube of choice and position on the outside of the frame. Add a drop shadow to each if you wish (I used 2,2,60,5)
Copy and paste the accessories from Lacy Clagg's Freebie April Showers (or other accessories if you chose not to use hers), position them as desired. Add a drop shadow of choice (I used the above).
Add your name and copyright info.
Using your selection tool trace around your frame, layers, new raster layer, do this until you have a total of 3 new layers. Selections, select none. Move all three layers below your frame layer but keep it above your close up tube.
Name them rain1, rain2,rain3. Close rain2 & rain3 layers. Make sure you have selected rain1 layer, effects, plugins, VDL Adrenline, use these settings:27,6,9,100,0,0. Adjust, blur, motion blur (28,28).Close out rain1 layer. Select rain2 layer, apply the same plugin with the same settings except change the random seed to 100, adjust, blur, motion blur(28,28). Close out rain2 and repeat the plugin changing only the random seed to 200, adjust, blur, motion blur (28,28).
Close out rain2 & rain3, with rain1 selected go to edit, copy merged, paste as a new animation into animation shop. Go back to psp, close off rain1, unhide rain2, copy merged, paste after, continue the process with rain3. You should now have 3 frames in animation shop. save as gif.
