Supplies Needed:
3 tubes of choice
Girl Power FTU scrapkit by Missy at Misfits Scrapz
Template 27 by Yvette at Essence of Creativity
Font of choice (I'm using Digs My Hart)

Open the template by Yvette. Shift D and close the original template. Close off the copyright info.
This tutorial assumes you have experience with PSP and working with templates.
You will need to use your magic wand and select inside the large heart, copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer, selections, invert, delete paper layer.
You will repeat the same step with each part of the template, using a different paper each time. On the rectangles you will also add your tubes, resize, and invert delete or just delete if you've already selected invert. After selecting none you will add a drop shadow to your tubes.

Once you have filled each section with papers, close off the original layers of the template.

Copy and paste doodle of choice, resize, add drop shadow and move behind middle rectangle, see tag for placement.

Copy and paste button of choice, resize, add drop shadow and place toward the bottom of the tag with the hearts.

Copy and paste bow of choice as a new layer, resize, add drop shadow and place toward the top right corner of your tag. Copy and paste another bow and repeat the above step except this time you need to rotate it to your liking and move that layer below the first bow layer.

Copy and paste the Girl Power Beads as a new layer, resize, add drop shadow and move above the tube layers but below the bow layers.

Merge visible when happy with your tag. Now you can resize if needed.
Add copyright info and text.
You're done. Thanks for trying my tutorial.
